Project Overview
Plastic pyrolysis is an advanced recycling technology that converts plastic waste into valuable resources. Instead of landfilling or incineration—which cause severe pollution and release harmful toxins—pyrolysis processes plastics in an oxygen-free environment, breaking them down into pyrolysis oil, syngas, and carbon residue. This project demonstrates how plastic waste can be transformed into economically valuable and sustainable products.
Objectives
Reduce plastic waste volume and prevent environmental pollution.
Produce alternative fuels and industrial raw materials from discarded plastics.
Support the circular economy by turning waste into marketable products.
Lower greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional disposal methods.
Outcomes / Results
Significant reduction of plastic waste volume.
Stable production of alternative fuels and industrial inputs.
Decreased dependency on fossil fuels.
Economic payback within 1.5–3 years depending on plant scale and market demand.
